D-LABS accepted as a „Fair Company“
"Fairness comes first“
Since March 2008 the D-LABS GmbH is among the „Fair Company“ businesses of the career magazine Young Career (Junge Karriere). This cachet appreciates companies that stand out by their high level of corporate social responsibility. Among the 963 enterprises that promised to facilitate promising conditions for their employers, D-LABS is accompanied by companies such as Audi, IBM or SAP.
The model of the Fair Company is meant to support businesses that feel committed to their societal responsibility. They are distinguished by a policy that features long range perspectives for graduated students. By neglecting a “Generation Internship” D-LABS fulfils the criteria drawn up by Young Carrer: Internships are paid appropriately and meant to give a certain job orientation. But they are not a compensation for full-time positions.
