We interview and observe end-users to learn how they really behave and think. From that we gain an understanding about their needs for a certain software solution. For that we mostly apply qualitative methods to elicit these needs.

SYNTHESIS

At this point we structure and assess all information we gathered during the 360° phase. We look for patterns of behavior and goals shared by multiple end users. From that we derive requirements for the software concept.

Conception
